SARAH A. WEISMAN BA, LLB

Sarah Weisman graduated from the University of Western Ontario's Faculty of Law in 1983. She has been practicing family law for over 24 years. She has a Mediation Certificate from The Harvard Negotiation Institute, Harvard Law School. 

 

Sarah is presently a partner with the law firm Stipic, Weisman LLP, Barristers & Solicitors.

Credentials:

•Alternate Dispute Resolution and the Advanced Alternate Resolution certificates from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law.

•Advanced Family Mediation Skills Certificate, Family Mediation, and the Domestic Violence for Family Mediation from The Mediation Centre of Hamilton.

Volunteer Affiliations:

Sarah is a member of the Superior Court of Justice Family Law Liason Committee representing the Senior Bar; an associate member of the Ontario Association for Family Mediation; and a Board member of Lakeview Montessori School. She has also been on the Boards of many Windsor/Essex County social service agencies including:
